Aaron has been in Finance and Technology for over 5 years beginning at Citi Bank before joining Accenture in the consulting and strategy space supporting the largest Global Financial Service Institutions. Aaron has been an active real estate investor for over 3 years, and has grown a personally owned real estate portfolio in just over a year valued at over $6M+ without the use of external capital.

Jorge is responsible for Asset Management & Wholesaling. SSM Venture Partners manages an $11.5 million real estate portfolio across 6 US-based markets (as of August 1, 2023). Jorge launched SSM Venture Partner’s Wholesaling division focused on driving revenue for the firm and identifying Real Estate investment opportunities for clients.
With 3 years of Real Estate investment experience, Jorge focuses on ensuring the portfolio’s returns are maximized, overseeing key personnel including property managers and cold callers, managing the cash flow from properties within the portfolio and wholesale transactions, and reducing expenditures when possible.
Jorge has focused most of his professional career as an Account Executive in the Technology space for Fortune 100 Companies Oracle and IBM. He received a BS in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and acts as Vice President of the Purdue Real Estate Alumni Network.
Nico is responsible for all aspects of running the construction on our projects. This includes managing our remodel crews, designing the finishes, managing the budget, sourcing materials etc. He is intimately involved from the inception of the deal all the way to stabilizing the asset for the long term.
Nico has been in the real estate industry for over 5 years as a wholesaler, general contractor, realtor and investor. He managed to build a $7M+ real estate portfolio within three years without raising any capital. He has flipped over $3M in properties, wholesaled over $2M in properties and has accumulated over $3M in realtor sales volume, representing buyers and sellers across the United States. Nico’s vision for the company is to scale the portfolio and continue buying & stabilizing single family / multifamily properties, ensuring large returns for investors.

Enhance the property’s condition, increase its value, and make it more attractive for potential renters through repairs, cosmetic upgrades, or substantial renovations.
Find suitable tenants and lease the property. Ensure that the rental income generated from the property covers holding costs and provides passive income.
Approach a lender to refinance the property based on its new, higher appraised value. The goal is to pull out as much of the invested capital as possible.
